Coloplast Professional: Designing a Space for Healthcare Professionals
Coloplast Professional is a dedicated educational platform for healthcare professionals. During my 1,5 years with Coloplast’s Digital Customer Program (DCP), I contributed to the ongoing development and enhancement of their e-learning platform, focusing on creating seamless, user-friendly experiences for medical practitioners.
As the main digital designer within the Coloplast Professional product team, I collaborated closely with my UX designer, product owners, and developers in an agile/scrum environment. This role involved both individual design work, where I contributed to the conceptualisation and implementation of new features and refinements to the platform.
My work during this time also extended beyond the e-learning platform itself. I played a key role in launching a promotional site for Coloplast’s new wound care product, Biatain® Silicone Fit. Additionally, I worked on improving the CMS and editorial experience for content editors, part of which included creating a content template and guidelines to streamline their workflow.
In addition to the regular design tasks and refinement of new features and projects, my responsibilities also included conducting detailed design reviews, engaging in user testing, and presenting findings and solutions to stakeholders across the company to ensure that their needs were met effectively. I also collaborated closely with the internal design ops team to help improve and expand Coloplast’s growing design system.
